"This golf course is another challenging course like last week that will require disciplined hitting into the greens," said SIU head coach Justin Fetcho. "If we play from strength and have solid short games, this event will be a success for us. We are looking to end the regular season on a high note and head into the Missouri Valley Conference Championship with a lot of positive energy and momentum."
Fetcho said he'd use the same lineup as last week: Wade Thompson, Steve Souchek, Andrew Mitchell, Brady Brown and Drew Novara.
"We learned a lot about ourselves last week at Ohio State and we look forward to taking all of the positives things from that event and using it at Purdue," he said. "The final round we played last week opened our eyes to how good we can be and I expect us to come out a lot more confident at Purdue."
