The Salukis had three players named to the Missouri Valley All-Conference teams after the season. Kalyn Harker earned first-team honors, while Meredith Wilson and Merri Anne Patterson earned second-team All-MVC.
Harker was an easy choice as a first-team selection. The senior led the conference in batting average in league play at .466--34 points better than anyone else in the MVC. She was just the third player in SIU history to lead the conference in batting average and first since 2008. In MVC play, Harker was in the top-10 in MVC in batting average, slugging percentage, on-base percentage, hits, triples, sac bunts and stolen bases

Patterson earned second-team All-League and was also named to the conference's inaugural All-Defensive team. Patterson played her best softball against MVC teams. She hit .321 overall and an astounding .384 in league play, which ranked 11th in the MVC. She also continued her knack for throwing out base runners trying to move up a base. After flashing the arm as a freshman, Patterson kept it going in 2015, when she threw out three runners on the base paths in conference play alone.
Meredith Wilson ended her career as a three-time All-MVC selection, earning the honor in 2012, 13 and 15. Wilson nearly saw her season end with a turned ankle, but she came back after two weeks on fire. She reached in 17 of her 19 games after returning from injury and hit the game-winning RBI single to cap a seven-run comeback at Indiana State.
