CARBONDALE, Ill. - The Southern Illinois football team will hold a walk-on tryout on Monday, Jan.14, for SIU students interested in joining the program. The team will hold an informational meeting for prospective players at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 13, in the Saluki Football offices in the Boydston Center.

Recent Saluki walk-ons Ray Agnew and Kenneth Boatright went on to play in the National Football League.
