For the third consecutive year, the Salukis women's golf team will wrap up their Fall season in Evansville, Ind., competing in the Charles Braun Jr. Intercollegiate. In their prior appearances, SIU has finished in the top 2, winning the tournament alongside of Butler in 2017.
The 12 teams will chip away at the Oak Meadow Country Club, a 72-par 6,032 yard course. Six Southern Illinois women golfers will compete in the tournament: Emilyee McGiles, junior Rosemarie Bundy, senior Erica Kerr, freshman Ayanna Habeel, junior Moyea Russell and Amelia Lawson as an individual.
The 2019 year has been filled with numerous record breaking moments for SIU women's golf. Tune in to Golfstat for live stats as the Salukis look to end the 2019 fall season on a high note. There will be a 10:00 a.m.shotgun start on both Monday, October 21stand Tuesday, October 22, 2019.
