Winter hitting clinic set for Dec. 28

CARBONDALE, Ill. - The SIU baseball winter hitting clinic will take place on Saturday, December 28, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Garden Grove Event Center in Carbondale, Ill.
The SIU Winter Hitting Camp will consist of specific drills, hitting mechanics, mental approach, and instruction from the Southern Illinois hitting philosophy. This camp is designed for 5th grade to high school hitters to learn, develop, and prepare for the upcoming baseball season. Our goal is to provide young hitters with the foundation, repetition, and processes to grow into a successful hitter. Players will benefit from learning proper fundamentals, and an aggressive approach. The camp is limited to the first 20 participants.
Camp check-in begins at 8 a.m.
