CARBONDALE, Ill. - The 23rd annual Saluki Baseball fish fry and memorabilia auction is set for Friday, March 22, from 5-8 p.m. in the Carbondale Civic Center. The auction will begin at 7 p.m., and all proceeds benefit the Saluki Baseball program.Â
Dinner includes all-you-can-eat fish, potato salad, coleslaw, bread, soft drinks, and delicious homemade desserts, all for only $10 for adults and $5 for children. Carry outs will also be available.
Featured items for auction include baseballs signed by more than 20 Hall of Famers and tickets to St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Cubs, and St. Louis Blues games. Golf packages at Dalhousie Golf Club, TBC Southwind, Victoria National Golf Club, and more are also available.
