Women's Golf in 18th place at Cle Elum Regionals

The Southern Illinois women's golf team finished Tuesday's second round of the NCAA Regional in Cle Elum, Washington in 18th place (+66). SIU improved two-strokes over yesterday's score with a team score of 320. No. 1 ranked Southern California (-10) continues to lead the field, with No. 19 Washington (+2) moving up to second place.Â
Jackie Biggs continues to lead the Salukis with a second round of score of 75 (+8). Biggs led SIU with two birdies today and is Southern's top scorer overall, tied for 56th. Emilyee McGiles (+18) carded a 78 in the second round, improving six-strokes from her day one score. Erica Kerr (+17) shot 83, Moyea Russell (+26) carded 84 and Lili Klekner-Alt (+27) shot 88 to finish the day.
