Charlotte West Stadium to host 2023 MVC Softball Tournament

CARBONDALE, Ill. - SIU will host the 2023 Missouri Valley Conference Softball Tournament, the league announced Tuesday. The 12-team tournament will be played over four days from May 10-13 at Charlotte West Stadium in Carbondale.

The single-elimination tournament will begin on Wednesday, May 10. Seeds 5-12 will play opening-round games Wednesday and the top four teams will receive a bye. Charlotte West Stadium has served as the host four time previous, most recently in 2016. Southern also hosted the conference tournament in 2004, 2008 and 2012.
