Salukis Head to NCAA Midwest Regionals

CARBONDALE, Ill. – The Salukis head to the NCAA Midwest Regionals Friday Nov. 10 in Stillwater, Oklahoma at the Greiner Family OSU Cross Country Course. The women's 6k will begin at 10:30 a.m. and the men's 10k will begin at 11:30 a.m.
The Salukis are coming off sixth place finishes at the Missouri Valley and an individual first place victory for Ethan Senti and a third place finish for Rachel Anderson.
Other MVC schools competing at the NCAA Midwest regional are Drake, Bradley, Illinois State, UIC, Missouri State, UNI. Other schools include Iowa, Nebraska-Omaha, Northwestern, and Illinois etc..
The top two teams in each regional competition secure automatic spots in the championship. Teams that don't secure spots will rely on the NCAA DI Cross Country Subcommittee to select them to be one of the thirteen at- large teams.
