CARBONDALE, Ill. - Southern Illinois Women's Golf will play its third tournament of the fall at the Lady Red Wolves Classic Monday, Oct. 13, in Jonesboro, Ark. The teams will play 36 holes on Monday, and 18 on Tuesday. The tournament, hosted by Arkansas State, includes Missouri Valley Conference foes Illinois State and Murray State.

SIU will bring five golfers: Hannia Gastelum, Ella Overstreet, Kayla Sayyalinh, Calli Smith and Amelia Zingler.

Sayyalinh has led the Salukis in each of the first two tournaments to open the season, last shooting a 234 at the Thomason Invite.

The forecast predicts warm weather over the two days, with highs of 85°F and 84°F, respectively. Winds will be calm, with speeds of 5-10 miles per hour.
