Preview | Track and Field ready to compete at the WashU Distance Carnival

CARBONDALE, Ill. – Southern Illinois Track and Field will travel to its second outdoor meet of 2025 at the WashU Distance Carnival on Thursday, March 27 at 6 p.m.
The Salukis will compete against 10 opposing teams including host Washington University, Augustana, DePauw University, Greenville University, Lewis University, Loyola University, Murray State, Rhodes College, University of Chicago, and Wartburg College.
The event spans three days, with distance events kicking off the weekend at 6 p.m. Day two will starts at 11:15 a.m. with distance events, and field events at 4 p.m. Day three will start at 10 a.m. with the field events, and the track events will close the show starting at 1:30 p.m.
