Softball's Game Against SIUE Pushed to Wednesday Due to Weather

CARBONDALE, Ill. - Due to incoming weather, the Southern Illinois University softball team's game against SIUE has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 29, at 6:30 p.m.

This will be SIU's final home game before hosting the Missouri Valley Conference tournament next week from May 6 to May 9.

Southern Illinois heads into the matchup against the Cougars with a 29-15 overall record and 18-6 conference record. The Salukis sit in second place in the MVC standings entering the final week of the regular season.

After it hosts SIUE on Wednesday, Southern Illinois will travel to UIC this weekend for a doubleheader on Friday, May 1, and one game on Saturday, May 2.
