Registration Open: Men’s Basketball Golf Scramble set for Aug. 27 at Kokopelli

CARBONDALE, Ill. — Saluki Men's Basketball will host its annual golf scramble on Thursday, Aug. 27, at The Links at Kokopelli in Marion, with proceeds benefiting the program.
The event is co-sponsored by First Southern Bank and IBEW Local 702.

Registration will begin at 9 a.m., featuring a grab-and-go breakfast, followed by a 10 a.m. shotgun start. Boxed lunches will be available at 12:30 p.m. Reception after the scramble is set for 3:30 p.m. The scramble is limited to 30 teams of four, with a cost of $1,000 per team.
Each participant will receive a player gift, and prizes will be awarded to the team with the best score. Following play, participants are invited to a heavy appetizer and drink reception, and a silent auction will be held.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and individuals interested in supporting SIU men's basketball.
Participation Options
- Event participation includes greens fee, golf cart, breakfast, lunch, reception with heavy appetizer buffet, and entry gift.
- Individual golfers play for $250 per player. Foursomes play for $1,000.
- Event sponsorships are available at seven different levels.
- If you can't attend the golf outing during the day, then join the afternoon reception for only $30.
