CARBONDALE, Ill. – The 2025-26 season of Saluki Athletics is finally ready to conclude this week as track and field's season comes to an end with Leah Thames' participation in the NCAA Championships.
Track and Field
The 2026 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field National Championships begins this week in Eugene, Oregon, on Wednesday, June 10. Thames will compete in the 400-meter dash, with the semifinals taking place on Thursday, June 11, at roughly 9:14 p.m. (CST). Should Thames advance to the finals, those take place on Saturday, June 13, at 8:02 p.m. (CST).
