Won the weight throw with a season-best toss of 66'-6.5" at the 2020 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championships (2/29-3/1) ... also took fourth in the shot put to score seven team points at the same meet ... earned All-MVC honors ... won the weight throw at the EIU Friday Night Special (2/21) ... took third in the weight throw and shot put at the Don DeNoon Invite (1/24-1/25 ) ... competed in six indoor meets.
2019 OUTDOOR SEASON
Advanced to the NCAA West Region Preliminaries and finished 37th in the hammer throw ... won the hammer toss at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor T&F Championships (5/10-5/12) after throwing for 204'-10" ... was runner-up in the discus throw and seventh in the shot put at the same meet ... won the hammer throw at the Billy Hayes Invite (5/3) ... also won the discus throw at the Lenny Lyles Invite (4/26-4/27) and Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/22-3/23) ... competed in nine outdoor meets.
2018-19 INDOOR SEASON
Closed out the indoor campaign with a third-place finish in the weight throw and seventh-place finish in the shot put to score 12 team points at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championships (2/23-2/24) ... won the weight throw at the EIU Friday Night Special (2/15) ... also won the weight throw at the John Gartland Invite (1/19) ... took first in the shot put at the season-opening Saluki Fast Start (12/8) ... competed in seven indoor meets.
2018 OUTDOOR SEASON
Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships for the first time in his career … finished 20th in the men's hammer throw with a toss of 206’-11” at the 2018 NCAA Championships (6/6) to earn All-America honorable mention … advanced to the NCAA Championships after he took 12th in the hammer throw at the NCAA West Regional (5/26) … was the only male thrower in NCAA DI in 2018 to advance to a regional meet in all three events (hammer, discus, shot) … scored 25 points at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14) to claim MVC Most Valuable Field Athlete honors … won both the hammer throw and the discus at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14) to go along with a fourth place finish in the shot put … is just the fourth Saluki to claim MVC Most Valuable Field Athlete honors since 2001 … became just the third male in MVC history to win both the hammer throw and discus at the same conference meet, and is the first Saluki to do so since Ron Harrer, who won both at the 1987 MVC Outdoor Championships … won seven times across three events … won the discus, took second in the hammer and finished third in the shot put at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/24) … Recorded the fifth-longest discus toss in program history at the Lenny Lyles Invitational (4/28) with his mark of 184’-11” (56.37m) … one of only two Saluki men with top-10 school marks in all three throwing disciplines (shot put, discus, hammer throw).
2017-18 INDOOR SEASON
Scored 14 points at the 2018 MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) … finished second in the weight throw at MVCs with a personal-best toss of 66’-11.5” (20.41m) … followed with a third place finish in the shot put with a toss of 60’-4.5” (18.40m) … tallied eight top-3 finishes … won the weight throw at the EIU Friday Night Special (2/16) with a mark of 63’-7” (19.38m) … finished second in the weight and third in the shot put at the Saluki Fast Start (12/9).
2017 OUTDOOR SEASON
Competed at his first NCAA West Regional in the discus, but was unable to record a mark … scored 15 team points across three throws at the 2017 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14) … took third in the hammer throw and the discus to earn All-MVC honors in both events and added a sixth-place finish in the shot put at the 2017 MVC Outdoor Championships … took third in the discus at the MVC Championships with a mark of 179’-0” (54.57m), which was his second-best toss of the season … also recorded his second-best toss of the season in the hammer throw at the MVC Championships, as he threw 187’-3” (57.07m) … set a personal-best in the hammer at the Gibson Invitational, as he threw 188’-3” (57.39m) to take third … recorded the eighth-best discus throw in school history at the Kansas Relays (4/22) with a toss of 179’-5” (54.70m) … competed at seven outdoor meets.
2016-17 INDOOR SEASON
Took sixth in the shot put and 10th in the weight throw at the 2017 MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) … threw the shot a personal-best 56’-5.25” (17.20m) at the Don DeNoon Invitational (2/3) … set a PR in the weight at the Illini Classic (1/14) with a toss of 57’-9” (17.60m) … finished fourth in the shot and fifth in the weight at the Saluki Fast Start (12/10) … competed at eight indoor meets.
