Competed in all six meets for the Salukis in her senior campaign ... opened up the season with a second place finish in the 5K at the Saluki Invite (8/30) with a time of 18:27.2 ... set a personal-best in the 5K at the following meet at the Illinois State Invite (9/13) with a time of 17:44.3 ... took 29th in the 6K at the inaugural Gans Creek Classic (9/27) ... finished her second 6K of the season in 23:52.0 at the Pre-National Invite (10/19) ... earned All-MVC Honorable Mention with her 14th place finish in the 5K at the MVC XC Championships (11/2) ... closed out the season with an 87th place finish in the 6K at the NCAA DI Midwest Regional XC Championships (11/15).
2018 SEASON
Competed in all six meets ... took ninth in the 5K at the season-opening Saluki XC Invite (8/31) ... Placed 43rd in teh 5K at the Vanderbilt Commodore Classic (9/15) ... competing against the nation's elite at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invite (9/28), Krolak took 38th in the 6K with a time of 21:58.4 ... followed it up by placing 54th in the 6K at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/12) ... ran for a personal-best 17:40.7 in the 3.1 mile at the MVC XC Championship (10/27) ... finished up the year with a 22:40.1 6K at the NCAA DI Midwest Regional XC Championship (11/9).Â
2017 SEASON
Competed in six meets for the Salukis ... took first overall at the Golden Eagle Duals (9/2) in the 5K with a time of 18:52.6 ... ran in a 5K at the Commodore Classic (9/16) and finished 31st with a time of 18:13.6 ... rallied to finish 19th at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (9/29) in the 5K ... posted a second-straight 19th overall finish at  the Adidas DI Pre-National Invite (10/14) with a time of 21:35.7 in the 6K ... placed 24th at the MVC XC Championships (10/28) in the 5K with a time of 18:11.1 ... ran for a personal-best 21:30.4 in the 6K at the NCAA DI Midwest Regional XC Championships (11/10).Â
PRIOR TO SIU
Spent two years at Illinois State ... part of 2015 XC Championship team ... finished 51st at MVC Championship 5K (18:48.38) ... only freshman to compete in all conference meets as well as the the MVC Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL
Five-time state qualifier in the 1600m, 3200m, 4x400 relay ... three-time cross country state qualifier ... earned all-state as a senior with her eighth place finish in the 3200m ... also was all-state in cross country as a senior with her 20th place finish.
