         Took first place in the 3000m steeplechase at the Red Wolves Open with a 9:14.07        finish...Finished sixth of 14 in the 5000m race at the MVC Indoor Championships with a        14:41.90 finish...Ran the 3000m race in 8:37.33 to finish 15th at the MVC Indoor        Championships...Completed the 3000m steeplechase in 9:13.36 to place sixth at the MVC        Outdoor Championships...Finished ninth of 33 in the 5000m run at the MVC Outdoor        Championships with a 9:13.36 finish... Competed in the mile, 3000m and 5000m in five indoor        meets...Ran three events (1500m, 3000m, 5000m) in five outdoor events.
2012-13
         Competed in three events in five meets indoors (mile, 3000m, 5000m) and four events in        five meets outdoors (1500m, 5000m, 3000m steeplechase, 4x1600m)...Best finish came indoors        at Rod McCravy Invitational Jan. 26 in the 3000 meter run, where he finished second at        8:43.10...Set new PRs in four events (mile, 3000m, 5000m, 3000 steeple)...Notched a 3K time        of 8:27.06 indoors at the GVSU Big Meet...Scored in two events at MVC Outdoor Championships        (5000m, fifth; 3000 steeple, seventh).
2011-12
         Participated in five meets during the indoor season, running in three different        events (Mile, 3000m, 5000m)...Best finish came at the Saluki Invitational where he finished        second with a time of 8:48.74...In the outdoor season, competed in six meets and two events        (3000m and 3000s)...In five of those meets, he broke into the top ten...Best finish was        third with a time of 8:50.18 at the Memphis Tiger Invitational.

         Three time all-conference and all-sectional honoree...State qualifier junior and        senior year...Named Chicago Sun Times Athlete of the Week senior year.
