Competed in six meets for the Salukis ... started off the season by finishing second in the 5K with a time of 16:14.7 at the Saluki Invite (8/30) ... placed 35th in the 8K at the following Illinois State Invite (8/13) ... followed it up with a 20th place finish in the 8K at the first-ever Gans Creek Classic (8/27) ... took 39th at the Pre-National Invite (10/19) with a finishing time of 25:53.4 ... earned a 26th place finish at the MVC XC Championships (11/2) after finishing the 8K in 26:03.9 ... finished the year with an 89th overall finish in his first 10K of the season, clocking in with a time of 32:46.

2018 SEASON

Competed in six meets ... opened up his junior campaign with a third place finish and a personal best in the 5K with a time of 16:00.2 at the Saluki Cross Country Invite (8/31) ... took 40th in the 8K at the following Vanderbilt Commodore Classic (9/15) ... competed among the nation's elite programs at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invite (9/28) and finished the 8K in 25:22.7 ... recorded a personal best 25:15.2 in the 8K at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/12) ... closed out conference competition with a 13th place finish and a personal best 25:00.2 in the 4.97 mile at the MVC XC Championships (10/27) ... closed out the season at the NCAA Division I Midwest Regional Championships with a 81st overall finish in the 10K.

2017 SEASON

Competed in six meets for the Salukis ... kicked off the year with a fifth place finish in the 6K with a career best finish of 20:20.4 at the Golden Eagle Duals (9/2) ... took 58th with a personal best 26:01.1 finish in the five mile at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invite (9/29) ... Placed 76th at the Adidas DI Pre-Nationals in the 8K with a time of 25:35.9 ... finished 23rd at the ensuing Missouri Valley Conference XC Championships (10/28) with a time of 25:54.4 in the 8K ... closed out his first Saluki campaign by recording a personal best in the 10K at the NCAA Division I Midwest Regional XC Championships with a time of 30:31.6.

HIGH SCHOOL

Three-time conference champion in cross country ... also won three-straight conference titles in the 3,000 meters ... claimed conference titles in the 1,500 meters, steeplechase and 4x400-meter relay ... won bronze in the steeplechase at the 2015 Ontario Provincial Championships ... helped his cross country team to three conference titles.
