Took fourth in the 3000m with a time of 8:41.29 at the John Garland Invite (1/19) ... Ran a personal-best 4:20.73 in the mile at the Don DeNoon Invite (2/1-2/2) to finish fourth ... Took third in the 3000m at the following Bulldog Invite (2/8) ... Finished out the indoor campaign with a 23rd place finish in the 3000m at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23-2/24).

2018 OUTDOOR SEASON

Ran a personal-best 9:10.05 in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14) to finish third and his first All-MVC honor … Tallied three top-3 finishes in the 3000m steeplechase, including a runner-up finish in the event at the Mondo Team Challenge (3/31) … Ran a sub-4 minute 1500m at the Jesse Owens Classic (4/21) to finish 12th.

2017-18 INDOOR SEASON

Ran the 1500m at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) where he took 15th with a time of 15:30.31 … set a PR in the 3000m with a time of 8:28.92 at the Music City Challenge (2/10) … competed at four indoor meets.

2017 OUTDOOR SEASON

Finished seventh in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2017 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14) with a lifetime-best time of 9:27.05 … won the 3000m steeplechase at the Bill Cornell SC (3/25) … competed at five outdoor meets.

2016-17 INDOOR SEASON

Helped SIU’s distance medley relay team score a team point with an eighth place finish at the 2017 MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) … finished 27th in the 3000m at the MVC Championships … clocked a season-best in the 3000m at the Music City Challenge (2/10) ... competed at five indoor meets.

2016 OUTDOOR SEASON (University of Kansas)

Took third in the 3000m steeplechase at the Rock Chalk Classic (4/30) with a season-best time of 9:45.55 … ran the 3000m steeplechase at three outdoor meets.

Won the 3000m at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/4/15) with a season-best time of 9:02.43 … helped KU’s distance medley relay team take second at the Bob Timmons Challenge … competed at two indoor meets.
