Lancaster enters her first year as a volunteer coach with the Salukis. Elisia Lancaster graduated from Towson University with a B.S. Sociology & Anthropology with a concentration in Criminal Justice. She will be graduating from Southern Illinois University with her Master of Social Work, in May 2023.

2021 All-MVC (Weight Throw)

2021 INDOOR SEASON

Earned team points after placing second in the weight throw with a mark of 19.17m (62'-10.75") at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships (2/26-2/28) ... set a PR in the weight throw with a 19.70m (64'-7.75") showing at the Indiana State Invitational (2/13), placing fourth ... opened up the season by placing third in the weight throw and 10th in the shot put at the Don DeNoon Dual (2/5-2/6).

TOWSON UNIVERSITY (2019-20)

Competed in eight meets during the 2019-20 indoor season, including the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships ... placed second in the weight throw with a mark of 19.67m (64-6.5) ... finished in the top-five of the weight throw and shot put at six of the eight meets she participated in.

ROWAN COLLEGE-GLOUCESTER

Prior to her first year at Towson, Lancaster was named the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Athlete of Year for the second consecutive year at Rowan College of South Jersey … She scored 30 points at the national meet behind individual titles in the discus, hammer and shot put … NJCAA Division III six-time All-American … It was in both the hammer and the shot put where Lancaster broke meet records with her throws of 52.10m (170-11) and 13.24m (43-5¼), respectively … During the regular season, she won six event titles and competed at the prestigious Penn Relays against athletes from every other collegiate division … Named the United States Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) 2019 Indoor Track & Field East Region Field Athlete of the Year … In addition, Lancaster is a six-time NJCCA Division III national champion … Was named the USTFCCCA National Athlete of the Week on March 25 after dominating the hammer field at the Stockton Invitational with a then school record of 48.97 meters (160-8) which won the event by over three meters (10+ feet) and broke her own school record by over two meters.
