Radostits Named MVC Female Swimmer Of The Week

CARBONDALE, Ill - Saluki swimmer Brooke Radostits was named Missouri Valley Conference Swimmer of the Week for her performance in helping the swim team defeat Southwest Missouri State and Louisiana-Monroe in a tri-meet this past weekend. This is the second time the senior from Park Forest, Ill. has been named swimmer of the week this season. She was named for the first time on December 12.

Radostits placed first in three events this past weekend. She won the 200 backstroke (2:04.13), the 50 freestyle (24.72) and as the lead leg in the 400 medley relay team (3:58.49). She currently has the top times in the conference in both the 100 and 200 backstroke.
