Baseball Postpones Friday Contest With Creighton Until Saturday

Carbondale, Ill. - Southern Illinois University's (13-6, 2-2 MVC) first baseball game against Creighton (8-9, 2-1 MVC) on Friday was postponed after half an inning due to poor weather. Friday's game will be continued Saturday at 11 a.m. as part of a doubleheader. Another nine inning game will follow the postponed contest on Saturday.

SIU and Creighton will also play a doubleheader on Sunday beginning at 12 p.m. with a seven inning game followed by a nine inning contest.
