Jonesboro, Ark. - Arkansas State won all but one point in its 4-1 win over Southern Illinois (0-4) earlier today at the ASU tennis complex. The loss marked the Salukis' fourth straight of the season.
Erika Ochoa garnered the Salukis' only point of the day with a 6-3, 2-6, 7-6 win in No. 1 singles over ASU's Gija Geme. SIU, who has been playing with just four players due to injuries, also defaulted one match.
