Johnson Named MVC Diver of the Week

CARBONDALE, Ill. - Andrea Johnson was once again named the Missouri Valley Conference Diver-of-the-Week, as announced by the league office Wednesday.

Johnson, a senior from Elburn, Ill., placed first in the 1-meter dive in a dual meet against conference rival Southwest Missouri State with a score of 250.45. The mark was a season best for Johnson. Her score in the 1-meter dive is currently third best in the Valley this season.

Johnson also placed third in the 3-meter dive with a score of 224.80.

This is the second time in three weeks that Johnson has been honored by the Valley, as she was named diver of the week two weeks ago.
