Saluki Fans,
It has been an honor for me to play basketball at Southern Illinois University the past three years. I recognize now what a privilege it has been. The past several days have been a difficult time in my life. I apologize for any embarrassment caused to my family, friends, the University and Saluki Basketball. I want to let Saluki Fans know that I take seriously my responsibility as a member of the team and role model for others. This incident has made me more aware of what is precious in my life. I thank my family, friends, teammates, coaches and Saluki fans for standing by me. I will do my best to make you proud.
