Carevic and Ruszkowski finish day two of NCAA Zone Diving

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Southern Illinois' Kyle Carevic and Justin Ruszkowski finished the 2010 season Saturday afternoon at the NCAA Zone C Diving Regionals hosted by Purdue University.

In the 1-meter diving preliminaries, Ruszkowski finished 28th out of 34 competitors with his total mark of 231.30.

Closing out his career as a Saluki, Carevic came in three spots behind, finishing 31st in the region with a score of 225.40.

Purdue and Ohio State each fielded three individuals in the 1-meter with automatic qualifying marks for the NCAA national championships taking place next weekend.
