CARBONDALE, Ill. - The Southern Illinois athletic department announced Wednesday a pair of special promotions for the Sept. 18 doubleheader with the Saluki volleyball and football programs.
The Saluki Scout Day is part of a doubleheader with the volleyball and football programs. Scouts and troop leaders who sign up will receive a ticket to the volleyball match, a football game ticket along with a Saluki football t-shirt and a hot dog and drink coupon. Cost for the Scout Day is $18, and all scout and troop leaders will receive game day recognition.
Troop leaders are asked to register their scouts as a group; no individual orders will be accepted. Additional ticket specials are available for scout families and friends by registering as part of the scout groups. Adult game tickets are $12 and kids in high school and below can get tickets for $8 with their group.
SIU and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes have combined to offer a F.C.A. Day Kickoff Package for $10. Included in the package is a football game ticket, a hot dog/popcorn and drink coupon and F.C.A. group recognition.
The F.C.A. Day Touchdown Package offers the same as the Kickoff Package, plus a Saluki Football t-shirt. The Touchdown Package is available for $20 for adults and $16 for youth.
