Walk-on tryout meeting set for August 31

CARBONDALE, Ill. – The Southern Illinois baseball program will hold an informational meeting for walk-on tryouts at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, August 31, 2016, at Itchy Jones Stadium. The walk-on tryout will be held at 6 p.m. on the following Wednesday, September 7, at the stadium.

The tryout is open to full-time students at Southern Illinois University taking at least 12 credit hours this semester. Tryout participants must complete a physical before the September 7 tryout and comply with all forms on the Potential Student-Athlete page.
