MORE THOUGHTS FROM COACH SANCHEZ
Fu Kang and Chris Cole had an outstanding weekend. Kang swam the same events today as he did yesterday and was able to improve on the 100-breast by .01 and went the exact same time in the 200-breast today. He had a different strategy today on the 200-breast than yesterday and we are looking at what strategy works best him. He is in route to an exciting championship season. Cole won three events Saturday and today he won the 1650 and took third in 200-back improving his time from yesterday. He is looking better and better as weeks go by. Keep an eye on him at the end of the season.
