CARBONDALE, Ill. – The Southern Illinois University track and field program continue their outdoor season this weekend as they hit the road and head to Cape Girardeau, Mo., to partake in the Joey Haines Invitational on April 1-2.
The men's and women's hammer throw will kick off the meet at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. The remaining field events and all running events are set for Saturday starting at 11:00 a.m.

Last Time Out
The Salukis kicked off their indoor season last week at Murray State University, where they competed in the Margaret Simmons Invite. In total, the Dawgs had five event winners and 21 reach the podium.
