SPRINGFIELD, MO. – Salukis wrap up their first event of the 2023 fall season Tuesday afternoon.
Southern Illinois finished 14th as a team with a score of 942 (+78). The top finisher for SIU was Janie Samattiyadeekul, who started the Tournament with a strong opening round score of 72 and finished the Tournament tied for 20th on the individual board at 221 (+5).
The next team event will be Monday September 18th and Tuesday September 19th when Southern will travel to Murray Kentucky for a tournament hosted by the Racers at Country Club of Paducah.
