Preview | Salukis to host Don DeNoon Invite Saturday

CARBONDALE, Ill. - Southern Illinois track and field is set to host the Don DeNoon Invitational Saturday, February 17, in Carbondale Ill.
This is the second meet the Salukis have hosted during the indoor season, the first was on December 2 in the Saluki Fast Start.
The Salukis are coming off the Music City Challenge, in which they posted two solid days in running and field events.
Rachel Anderson stole the show once again breaking her third indoor school record, this time in the one-mile run with a time of 4:44.34.
Caleb Massiah had his best weekend of the season, starting it off with a first-place finish in the long jump where he leaped to a personal record of 7.18 meters.
Iaunia Pointer took home her third win of the indoor season with a victory in the women's 200-meter dash.
Daryl Okeke won the men's 60-meter dash qualifying round and set a personal record with a time of 8.09.
