Preview | Track and Field kicks off the outdoor season at the Ole Miss Classic

CARBONDALE, Ill. – Southern Illinois Track and Field will kick off the 2025 outdoor track and field season at the Ole Miss Classic on Friday, March 21 at 10 a.m.
The Salukis will head into SEC territory for its first outdoor meet of the season to face off against nine other schools including Alabama-Huntsville, Bellarmine, Christian Brothers, Harding, Little Rock, Memphis, North Alabama, Ole Miss, and Southeast Missouri.
The event spans two days, with day one beginning at noon with the women's hammer throw. Track events for the day will start at 5:55 p.m.
Day two will start with the women's high jump event, with track events beginning at 1 p.m.

The Ole Miss Classic will be streamed live on ESPN+. Day one begins at 12 p.m., and day two at 11 a.m.
