2019-20 INDOOR SEASON
Took third at the 2020 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championships (2/29-3/1) after throwing for 60'-11.25" ... placed fifth at the 2020 Indiana University Relays (1/31-2/1) ... finished third in the shot put at the Jim Green Invite (1/10-1/11) with a mark of 60'-7.25" ... won his first shot put competition as a Saluki after throwing for a lifetime-best mark of 62'-3.25" at the Saluki Fast Start (12/7) ... his personal-best in the shot put ranks sixth all-time in SIU history.
BEFORE SIU
Prior to transferring to Southern Illinois, Meyer spent the past three years at California State University Northridge where he captured two outdoor Big West titles in the shot put and broke numerous school records in both indoor and outdoor competition.
