2019-20 INDOOR SEASON

Took seventh as part of the distance medley relay team at the 2020 Missouri Valley Conference Championships with a time of 10:30.01 (2/29-3/1) ... won the 4x400 meter relay as the fourth leg at the Don DeNoon Invite (1/24-2/25) ... participated in five meets.

2019 OUTDOOR SEASON

Scored points at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships by placing fourth in the 4x400 meter relay and fifth in the 4x100 meter relay (5/10-5/12) ... set personal-bests at the Bill Cornell Classic in the 200 meter dash with a time of 22.42 and in the 400 meter with a time of 50.35 (3/22-3/23) ... competed in five meets.

2018-19 INDOOR SEASON

Scored a point in at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Championships with an eighth-place finish in the 4x400 meter relay (2/23-2/24) ... won the 4x400 at the Bulldog Invite with a time of 3:17.63 (2/8) ... also won the 4x400 meter relay at the John Gartland Invite (1/19) ... competed in seven indoor meets.

2018 OUTDOOR SEASON

Ran the 200m dash at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14), where he finished 20th with a season-best time of 22.85 … also ran the 200m at the Billy Hayes Invite (5/4).

2017-18 INDOOR SEASON

Opened the indoor season with a sixth place finish in the 60m dash at the Saluki Fast Start (12/9) … helped SIU to a win in the 4x400 relay at the Don DeNoon Invitational (2/3) … clocked personal-bests in both the 200m (22.50) and 400m (50.92) dashes at the Music City Challenge (2/10) … competed at six indoor meets.

HIGH SCHOOL

Won a MSHSAA Class 5A state championship as part of Hazelwood West's 4x400 relay team in 2016 ... six-time state medalist ... earned three medals in each of his final two seasons to close out his prep career ... helped the 4x400 relay team strike gold with a MSHSAA Class 5A record time of 3:17.12 as a junior ... also posted a fifth place finish in the 200m and claimed runner-up honors in the 4x200 relay at the 2016 state meet ... finished seventh in the 400m, ran the anchor leg of the 4x200 relay that placed eighth, and helped the 4x400 relay to a third place finish at the 2017 MSHSAA Class 5A state meet.
