Placed first in the 400 meter with a time of 48.63 to score 10 team points at the 2020 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championship (2/29-3/1) ... also took second as the fourth leg of the 4x400 meter realy team at the same meet ... ran for season best times in the 200 and 400 at the Music City Challenge (2/14-2/15) ... won the 400 and 4x400 meter events at the Don DeNoon Invite (1/24-1/25) ... competed in five meets.
2019 OUTDOOR SEASON
Set a personal-best time of 21.84 in the 200 meter preliminaries at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor T&F Championships ... scored seven team points after placing fourth as the first leg of the 4x400 meter relay team at the same meet ... also ran in the 400 meter at the Kentucky T&F Invite (4/20) ... competed in four meets.
2018-19 INDOOR SEASON
Scored two team points after finishing eighth in the 4x400 meter relay and distance medley relay at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championships (2/23-2/24) ... won the 4x400 at the Bulldog Invite (2/8) ... also won the 400 meter at the John Gartland Invite (1/19) and Saluki Fast Start (12/8) ... competed in six meets.
2018 OUTDOOR SEASON
Finished 10th in the 400m dash and 13th in the 200m dash at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14) … Clocked a season-best time of 48.33 in the 400m dash at MVCs … Ran a wind-aided 21.72 in the 200m at the MVC Outdoor Championships … Finished second in the 400m, second in the 4x100 relay and helped SIU to a win in the 4x400 relay at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/24) … Helped SIU to a runner-up finish in the 4x400 relay at the Mondo Team Challenege (3/31).
2017-18 INDOOR SEASON
Took 13th in the 200m dash and 15th in the 400m dash at the 2018 MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) … clocked season-best times in both the 200m and the 400m dashes at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/19) … won the 200m dash at the Saluki Fast Start with a time of 22.38 (12/9) and followed with a win in the 400m.
HIGH SCHOOL
Won a pair of state titles as a junior ... helped the Tigers win the 4x200 relay with a school record time of 1:27.06 at the 2016 TSSAA Championships ... followed by running a leg of the 4x400 relay that struck gold with a time of 3:20.65 and added third place finishes in the 200m and the 400m ... helped Whitehaven place second and earn its best finish at the state meet in school history ... competed at the 2017 New Balance Indoor Nationals in both the 200m and the 400m ... participated in AAU track & field from 8th grade until 12th grade.
