Posted a phenomenal showing at the 2020 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championships (2/29-3/1) with first-place finishes in the 60 meter, 200 meter and 4x400 meter relay to score 30 team points ... named the 2019-20 MVC Women's MVP ... earned MVC All-Conference honors ... also won the 60 meter and 200 meter at the Don DeNoon Invite (1/24-1/25) ... won the 200 meter race at the season-opening Saluki Fast Start (12/7) ... competed in six meets.
2019 OUTDOOR SEASON
Advanced to the 2019 NCAA West Region Preliminaries and placed seventh in the 4x100 ... won the 4x100 at the 2020 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor T&F Championships (5/10-5/12) ... also scored team points by placing second in the 100 meter and 200 meter at the same meet ... won the 4x100 meter relay at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invite (4/26-4/27) ... took first in the 200 meter at the Kentucky T&F Invite (4/20) ... won both the 200 meter and 4x100 at the season-opening Bill Cornell Spring classic (3/22-3/23) ... competed in four meets.
2018-19 INDOOR SEASON
Set a lifetime-best mark of 7.38 in the 60 meter dash to win the event at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championships (2/23-2/24) ... also won the 200 meter and 4x400 meter at the same meet to score 30 total team points ... won the 200 meter and 4x400 meter at the Bulldog Invite (2/8) ... also won the 200 meter at the season-opening Saluki Fast Start (12/8) ... competed in seven meets.
2018 OUTDOOR SEASON
Ran 12.00 to finish 43rd in the 100m dash and ran 24.92 in the 200m dash to place 45th at the NCAA West Prelims (5/25) … helped the Saluki 4x100 relay team finish 13th at the NCAA West Prelims (5/24) … helped SIU repeat as quarter-mile relay champs at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships, which marked the first time since 2008 that a MVC school has won back-to-back titles in the event … SIU’s time of 44.59 was the second-fastest in school history … clocked a wind-aided time of 23.34 to finish second in the 200m dash at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14) … broke the outdoor school record in the 100m dash at 11.50 to finish second in the event at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14) … ran a leg of the 4x100 relay at the Lenny Lyles Invitational (4/28), where Southern clocked the third-fastest time in school history (44.94) … won the 100m dash and added a second place finish in the 4x100 relay at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/24).
2017-18 INDOOR SEASON
Broke the indoor school record in the 200m dash at 24.24 to finish runner-up at the 2018 MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) … also helped SIU to a win in the 4x400 relay at the MVC Championships that marked Southern’s first MVC mile relay title since 2005 … won the 60m dash at three meets … won the 60m and the 200m dashes at the Illini Open (1/13) … clocked a personal-best 60m time of 7.50 at the Illini Open, which is the second-fastest 60m time in school history … also won the 60m at the Don DeNoon Invitational (2/3) and the Saluki Fast Start (12/9) … ran 24.47 in the 200m dash to win at the Black and Gold Premier (1/27) … competed at seven indoor meets.
2017 OUTDOOR SEASON
Ran 24.33 to finish 41st in the 200m at the NCAA West Prelims (5/27) … helped the Saluki 4x100 relay team finish 14th at the NCAA West Prelims with a time of 44.65- missed advancing to NCAAs by .06 ... ran the third leg of SIU’s 4x100 relay team that won the program's first MVC title in the event since 1989 at the 2017 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14) … winning time of 44.30 was not only a school record but a MVC Outdoor Championship record, besting the previous mark of 44.71, set by Indiana State in 2015 … marked the fifth-straight meet the Salukis had improved upon their school record time … earned All-MVC honors with a runner-up finish in the 200m at the MVC Outdoor Championships with a wind-aided time of 23.66 … added three team points with a sixth place finish in the 100m at the conference meet ... earned MVC Women’s Track Athlete of the Week honors after she took second in the 200m at the Ole Miss Classic (5/6) with a wind-aided mark of 23.70 … won the 200m and took second in the 100m at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/25) ... ran a leg of the 4x100 relay that broke the Lenny Lyles Invitational (4/29) meet record with a winning time of 44.61 … also helped SIU pick up a win in the quarter-mile relay at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/25) … competed at eight outdoor meets.
2016-17 INDOOR SEASON
Finished third in the 200m at the 2017 MVC Indoor Championships with a time of 24.64 … ran the fastest 200m qualifying time at the MVC Indoor Championships and broke her own school record in the event with a time of 24.54 … helped SIU take fifth in the 4x400 relay and added a sixth place finish in the 60m dash at the MVC Indoor Championships … broke the SIU indoor 200m record at the Music City Challenge (2/10) with a time of 24.57 … broke the previous record of 24.62, set by Andrea Norris in 2008…Won the 60m and the 200m at the Saluki Fast Start (12/10) … finished first in the 200m and third in the 60m at the Don DeNoon Invitational (2/3) … competed at seven indoor meets.
2016 OUTDOOR SEASON
Ran a leg of the 4x100 relay that took third at the MVC Outdoor Championships, earning All-MVC recognition ... took fourth in both the 100m and 4x400 and added a seventh place finish in the 200m at the MVC Championships ... ran the eighth-fastest 100m time in school history at the Billy Hayes Invitational, winning with a time of 11.80 ... helped the SIU 4x100 relay team post the second-fastest time in school history at the Tom Botts Invitational, running 45.82 to finish third ... helped the 4x100 team record the third-fastest time in school history at the Tiger Track Classic, running 45.87 to place fourth ... competed in eight outdoor meets in four different events.
