THE DIVERS
The Ji twins are representing SIU on the women's side at the championship meet. Beibei won titles in both the one- and three-meter dive at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Swimming and Diving Championships. Baobao placed second in both events.
The two have combined to win 17 events this season and have reached the 300-plateau in the one- and three-meter dives as well.
Beibei placed 11th at last year's zones meet in the three-meter dive and was less than three points shy of a berth at the NCAA Championships. Baobao went on to finish 25th overall in the same event.
Hoffmann-Dussome will be making his first zones diving appearance as a Saluki and is the lone men's team representative. The junior has compiled eight victories on the boards this season and recently earned third place in the three-meter dive at the Mid-American Conference Swimming and Diving Championships.
